This survey is a research project related to “Workforce Perception of Organization Identity (OI), Perceived Organization Support (POS), and Leader’s Behavior (LB) on Job Satisfaction (JS)”. This is an academic study to look into some of the factors affecting workforce job satisfaction with reference to the insurance agents who play a vital role in the economy of China.The researcher will take every care to remove responses from any identifying material as early as possible. Likewise individual’s responses will be kept confidential by the researcher and not be identified in the reporting of the research.
