感谢每个热心并勇敢戳进来的小伙伴，演讲课作业帮个忙muuuua！！💦 冰桶挑战又名肌萎缩侧索硬化症基金会冰桶挑战赛，活动规则是参与者必须自被点名24小时内完成从头顶上浇下一桶冰水的挑战，否则就要向ALS基金会捐款。 The Ice Bucket Challenge is also called ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, an activity involving dumping a bucket of ice water on one's head within 24 hours after nomination or donating to the ALS Association.
