[图片1]Kimi Shi   Kimi has had to fill in over the past two months for a recently departed consultant and picked up a nearly twice the workload a consultant is normally tasked with. In addition, he is been communicating back and forth to work from Suzhou to Shanghai every day  Integrity: Continuously writes reports and follow up emails during the evenings Thirst for Learning: He's brought and tested a new mold remediation vendor and has been auditing them the past month[图片2]

[图片1]Mehdi Ren    People thinks he closed Fosun project by default without having to work on it. Although Walter helped him a lot to make the project possible, Mehdi is carrying the stress of bridging the client expectation and what we can deliver. At the same time, within the same month he won another engineering project that he's been working on for sometimes.Accountability: Although he doesn't have to, Mehdi often on-site for Fosun project and stayed close to the engineering PM to assist him. He also decided to stay back and not going to company outing to ensure that he's available when our PM and client needs him to ensure the project is completed on time  Integrity: He spent till late in the evening with the client in the attempt to convince and win Fosun project Thirst for Learning: Was hesitant & reluctant at first when was been toldto renegotiate with client about price increase due to expedite service for Fosun project, but he tried and managed to raise 6% from the total price  Passion: constantly expanding his partners network to get more leads[图片2]
