参训要求：1、受培训场地限制，每门课程限20人线下参加（按报名顺序，其他人员可welink远程参加）；2、每人每月限报2门课程，同一门课程申请参训人员较多的，择机重新开课；3、报名截止8月3日下班前，课程报名人数不足5人的，当月不开课；4、报名后无故未参训的，当月不得再参加其他线下培训（不能参加培训的应走请假流程）；5、请大家积极思考，带着问题参训，在培训过程中验证以往的认知，以增强培训效果，后期将会进行考试；6、请参训人员提前5分钟到场，培训期间请保持手机静音或震动，请勿接打电话或随意走动。课程计划：1.DP工作流介绍——苑光明（8月4日 17：15—18：15）2.Lithography Wafer Process——蔡仁麒（8月11日 17：15—18：15）3.Writer process and tool introduction——刘琳娜（8月18日 17：15—18：15）4.Etch process and tool introduction——谢彤彤（8月25日 17：15—18：15）
